Insight Services Group is an Australian small-medium enterprise, owned and operated by working Director Greg Barton. Formed in 2002 the business originally focused on providing occupational rehabilitation services in the NSW Central West (trading as AIMS – Active Injury Management Services). The business has since expanded, not only in geographic terms but also to provide a range of complementary services. Re-branding took place in 2007 to more accurately reflect the nature of the business.
Insight Services Group is an integrated professional consultancy. While still specialising in occupational rehabilitation the business also provides consultancy services and training in occupational health & safety (OH&S), risk management and human resource management support services.
The Insight Rehabilitation division is the only rehabilitation provider with a specialist psychological team based in regional NSW. In addition to providing highly effective rehabilitation of psychological injury cases, Insight Services Group is able to provide independent psychological treatment through the Insight Health division.
The integrated nature of the Insight Services Group ensures that our highly qualified team remains at the forefront of emerging trends in the workplace.
The collaborative approach of our multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals provides clients with a holistic view. Whether we are managing rehabilitation of an injured worker, delivering counseling services through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) or conducting an OH&S audit Insight Services Group consultants take an analytical approach, addressing both current and potentially emerging issues and needs.
With specialists working in a broad range of workplace areas including occupational rehabilitation, industrial relations and psychological health we gain rapid insight into emerging needs, placing Insight Services Group in the best position to proactively develop new programs, methods and innovative services.
