With Registered and Intern Psychologists located throughout the state we are confident in our promise to provide face-to-face counselling for emergencies within 24 hours and within five days in other circumstances. An added benefit of our regional status is our understanding of the issues and challenges faced by clients in rural and remote locations.

No Up-Front Fees

An Insight Health EAP program is billed on a fee-for-service basis, there is no up-front contract fee. If the service is not utilised there are no fees to pay.

Further, employers may tailor their Insight Health EAP program to meet their needs. For example, by specifying the number of counselling sessions covered by their program and whether the EAP service is available to employees only, or is also available to immediate family members.

  • Phone and face to face counselling, where face-to-face meetings are conducted in an atmosphere conducive to complete confidentiality, comfort & free from stigma
  • Confidentiality
  • Management support with staff issues
  • Access by individuals or via a supervisor's referral
  • External referrals for persons needing ongoing support or further assistance
  • Promotion of EAP within your workplace such as providing phone stickers, posters and business cards to inform staff of services available and contact details
  • Commitment to face-to-face contact within 24 hours for emergencies, and face-to-face contact within 5 working days for non-emergencies
  • Monthly invoicing and quarterly account reporting

Additional Services

  • Critical Incident De-Briefing
  • On-site De-Briefing: may be delivered on an individual or group basis, and would be costed on the standard hourly rate (i.e. business or out of hours as appropriate)
  • Group Stress/Trauma Counselling: Insight Workplace Training’s scheduled training program addresses stress in the workplace, alternatively, tailored training or counselling sessions are also available to address specific issues and circumstances as they arise.
