Insight Case Management System - ICMS

ICMS has been specially developed by Insight Services Group to assist in providing a consistent, professional and effective service. The system has taken 3 years to develop. All file information is stored on the system, providing access to real-time data from any office location, and via a web interface. All consultants, including sub-contractors utilise the centralised ICMS system.

The ICMS analytical and management tools ensure service levels are maintained and staff are encouraged to achieve best practice standards on a daily basis. ICMS provides management reports, tracks costs, approvals, referral rates, and response times. The highest levels of security have been implemented to ensure that the system cannot be accessed by unauthorised persons.

The Insight Portal: On-Line – Real Time Data Access

Transparency and management tools for referring agents are provided via the ICMS web interface, with the management interface to provide authorised staff/management access to data and reports relating to:

  • open files,
  • recently closed files,
  • return to work rates & adherence to service level agreements

In less than twelve months ICMS has enabled Insight Rehabilitation consultants to reach significantly higher levels of case management efficiency and accuracy. Ultimately, this equates to better rehabilitation outcomes and reduced rehabilitation compensation costs.

Dedicated Consultants

A dedicated rehabilitation consultant is appointed for each referral, ensuring personal attention, knowledge of relevant issues and the specific workplace environment. By appointing a dedicated rehabilitation consultant for each claim our staff are better able to develop a relationship of trust with injured workers, resulting in better outcomes.
