Insight Services Group requires all staff to adhere to agreed service standards at all times. To ensure our high standards are maintainced and compliance is achieved we have implemented an internal quality review panel, our Quality Control Team.
The quality control team comprises senior management, team leaders and senior contractors. This team is a multi-dimensional allied health team which has developed and maintains comprehensive quality control systems to ensure consistent service excellence.
Systems include:
√ thorough induction of new personnel
√ appropriate supervision of junior team members to ensure service quality
√ peer review to monitor service standards
√ automatic file reviews through the ICMS system
√ spot audits
√ comprehensive employee manual for quick reference
√ monitored compliance with all service standards through ICMS analytical and management tools
The Quality Control Team conducts all file reviews, with a large majority of independent cross-office reviews, with specialists (i.e. physical, psychological, vocational, complex or tail claims) allocated to review appropriate files.
This method ensures consistency across offices and between professionals, it also plays an intra-office knowledge sharing role, essential for consistent high quality service.
The results of these file reviews are used by Branch Management in monthly consultant meetings, where any issues with compliance or service standards are dealt with in a timely manner. Cross-office reviews ensure the process is independent and conducted at the highest standard.

Ably supported by our Quality Control Team our consultants and sub-contractors offer a vast range of skills across a broad range of areas from Occupational Health and Safety, Training, Occupational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Exercise & Sports Physiology.
Insight Services Group takes the training and development of a new generation of industry professionals very seriously. Our newest team members receive training and ongoing mentoring with senior professionals with a minimum of five years industry experience.
